The OOPic C Starter pack includes OOPic C controller, 9V battery clip and serial programming cable.

The OOPic C carrier board incorporates a serial DB9 female connector, which allows easy connection to your PC. This port can be used to program the OOPic C and also control the micro using Serial Control Protocol (SCP).

Pin headers allow easy connection to the OOPic–C controller. The OOPic C development board can also be used with other 24 pin controllers like the BasicX BX–24 and BS2.
